Multi-year EFL All-Star

Profile:
Not much else can better capture the essence of John's competitive fire and dedication to the Oilers than the fact that on the day he was married, the ceremony took place in the morning so he was able to particpate in the team's playoff game that night. His teammates lovingly wrote "Just Married" on the back of his uniform.
John was a member of the first generation of Callahan's to take the field for the Oilers, a family tradition that has continued on into the 2000's (see the Boston Globe article on the Callahan's).
